Established in 1990, Yellow Dog Music has become a fixture in Toronto’s  booming Leaside neighbourhood.  The studios offer a place where students can get a taste of downtown-style ‘hip, cool, sweet, sick’, instruction from professional gigging/recording artist instructors.  Aspiring musicians of all ages come to our studios to learn to play, compose, improvise, jam and record music. The doghouse offers lessons and ‘Garage Band’ programs which cater to the individual student’s passions and natural ways of learning.  Rock, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Classical, Rap, Hip Hop, Show Tunes......take your pick, or pick ‘em all.  The studio environment is cool, casual, creative and highly contagious.  All are welcome to take a trial lesson, sign up for a session or stay forever.  Once you’ve tried the ‘doghouse’, you’ll be tempted to “STAY”.
